Taťjana Grafnetterová, M.Sc.

Ms. Grafnetterová graduated from the Faculty of Natural Sciences of the Charles University in Prague, where in 1980 she also defended her thesis in physico-chemical analysis of organic compounds. During her study she also worked as a volunteer in the Physico-Chemical Laboratory of the Department of Synthesis of Natural Compounds at the Research Institute of Microbiology, the Czechoslovak Academy of Science. After completion of her studies (1979) she got experience in qualitative HPLC analysis as a fellowship student there.

In 1983–2008 Ms. Grafnetterová worked in the pharmaceutical company Zentiva (initially Léčiva) where she held different posts in the R&D Division and dealt with formulation of parenteral preparations, information technology, formulation of topical drug products, development of analytical methods for evaluation of pharmaceuticals and preparation of the analytical part of registration documentation.

At present she works as a project coordinator in Quinta-Analytica.

She gives lectures within the course for qualified persons at the Institute for Postgraduate Medical Education (IPVZ).

Since 2001 she is a member of the Organic Chemistry Section of the Pharmacopoeia Commission of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic.

In 2002–2009 Ms. Grafnetterová was a member of the Expert Group 10C of the European Pharmacopoeia Commission.

Since 2005 she is a member of the Working Group of the European Pharmacopoeia Commission for revision of article 2.2.46 "Chromatographic Separation Methods" of the European Pharmacopoeia. Within the frame of the revision she also participates in harmonization of the article between the European (Ph. Eur.), American (USP) and Japonese (JP) Pharmacopoeias.
